In SimpliPlan, if a user is unable to log into their account, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
Incorrect log in email
- Ensure that the log in email is spelt correctly and uses the correct domain. For example, @domain.co.uk or @domain.com.
Note: Pay particular attention to punctuation and special characters, such as exclamation marks, hyphens, full stops, etc. - If the user cannot recall their log in email, contact our Support Team.
Incorrect / Forgotten password
- Ensure that the log in password is entered correctly.
Note: Pay particular attention to case-sensitive characters, punctuation and special characters. - If a user has forgotten their password, click the Forgot password ? link and enter the log in email for the account. An automated email is sent to that address, from which the user can set a new password.
Note: The Forgot password ? link can also be used to reset a user's password. - If the user cannot recall or reset their password, our Support Team.
Incorrect permissions
- If the email and password the user entered are correct, but the message: This program version is not licenced for your account is shown, contact our Support Team.
