In SimpliPlan, users can access Settings. In the Settings window, users can access several tabs: General, Presets, Display, Graphic, Measuring, Parts list, Print and System.

Print settings
In Print settings, users can add a company logo, alter the print layout and quality settings for user-generated .pdfs.
To access Print settings:
- Click the Settings icon:
- Select Settings.
- In the Settings window, select the Print tab.
Note: The window opens in the General tab by default. - Under the Print tab, there are three sections:

Template
Users can add a company logo to be included on user-generated .pdfs. For more information, see How to add a company logo.
Print quality
Users can toggle the automatic setting for print quality by clicking the Automatic switch.
Defaults
Users can alter the default settings for the layout and appearance of user generated .pdfs. Users can:
- Alter the orientation of .pdfs by clicking the Landscape or Portrait icons in the Orientation field.
- Adjust the size of .pdfs by clicking the Paper size field and selecting A4, A3 or A2.
- Alter the scale of the .pdfs by clicking the Scale field and selecting a new ratio.
- Adjust the quality of .pdfs by clicking the Quality field and selecting a new DPI value.
Note: DPI = Dots Per Inch. The greater the DPI number, the higher the resolution. - Change the default template by clicking the Templates field and selecting a new template.
