In SimpliPlan, you can use Camera flight to save a series of views in Presentation mode. Once set up, you can simply press play, and the camera will pan seamlessly between the saved view points.
In any mode:
- Under the Presentation tab, click Presentation mode.
- Manoeuvre the camera to the desired starting position of the camera flight.
Note: For detailed instructions on how to orient the camera, see Presentation mode.
- Still under the Presentation tab, click Camera flight.
- In the Camera flight dialog, click the + icon to add the starting view point.
- Reorient the camera to the next desired viewpoint and click the + icon.
Note: This step can be repeated multiple times as desired.
- To play the flight, click the Play icon:

In the Camera flight window, you can also:
- Select an existing viewpoint and remove it by clicking the Delete icon:
- Set the camera flight to play once:
Or as a continuous loop:
Note: When the camera flight is set to play once, a number 1 will be visible at the centre of the icon. When the camera flight is set to play continuously, there will be no number visible.
- Alter the duration of the camera flight, in seconds, by entering a new value in the Flight time field.
- Alter the duration a viewpoint is show during the camera flight, in seconds, by entering a new value in the Time of stay field.
