In SimpliPlan, you can contact support, access the support centre and launch TeamViewer or AnyDesk. You can also view software licences, read our privacy policy, terms and conditions, see the latest news and open the log directory.
How to get support
Select Help in the menu bar:
- Click Support centre to go to our online support centre, which had guides, how to articles and troubleshooting materials.
- Click Support chat to open a support chat.
- Click Start TeamViewer to launch TeamViewer.
- Click Start AnyDesk to launch AnyDesk.
- Click About SimpliPlan.
About SimpliPlan
In the About SimpliPlan dialog box, you can:
- Click Show software licences to view the software licences.
- Click Privacy to open the Privacy agreement dialog box.
From here, you can click the link to read our privacy policy and tick the box I accept the privacy policy to accept.
Click OK to close the dialog box.
- Click Terms and Conditions to open the Terms and Conditions dialog box.
From here, you can click the link to read our Terms and Conditions and tick the box I accept the Terms and Conditions to accept.
Click OK to close the dialog box.
- Click What's new? to open the support centre.
- Click Open log directory to open the log directory in your files.
