In SimpliPlan, users can contact support, access the support centre, read the quick start guide and launch TeamViewer. Users can also view software licences and read the privacy policy.
In any mode:
- Click the Help icon:
- Select Support centre to go to our online support centre, which had guides, how to articles and troubleshooting materials.
Select Support chat to open a support chat. Users can also click the Support chat icon, located at the bottom right of the screen:
Select Brief instruction to open our Quick Start Guide PDF.
About SimpliPlan
Users can also access help by clicking the Settings icon:
And selecting About SimpliPlan.
In the SimpliPlan window, which also displays the program version in the title, users can:
- Left-click the country field to select a country and see the contact address for that location.
Note: By default, this is set to the user's registered location. - Click the link https://compusoftgroup.com/ to open the Compusoft Group homepage.
From here, by clicking on the Customer Support button, users can access the Help Centre.
Note: Users may need to log in. - Click the link Show software licences to view the software licences.
- Click the Brief instruction button to open the quick start guide pdf file.
- Click the Start TeamViewer to launch the TeamViewer program.
Note: The Support team may ask the user to do this, so they can share the user's screen. - Click the Start support button to access the Help Centre directly.
From here, users can search the Help Centre for articles containing guidance and advice on a range of topics, or use the chat function. - Click the Privacy button to open the Privacy agreement dialogue box.
From here, users can click the link https://www.compusoftgroup.com/privacy-policy/ to read the privacy policy, and tick the box I accept the privacy policy to accept.
Click Next to close the dialogue box.
Note: To close the SimpliPlan window, click the red X.
