In SimpliPlan, when printing a plan as a PDF document, users can use the Print preview editor. Here users can alter the page order, add text and drawings, add multiple views to a single page, and save print templates for later use.

In any mode:
- Click the Print planning icon:
- In the Create PDF file window, click Show print preview to open the Print preview editor.

In the Print preview editor window, users can see:
- Top bar icons
- Selected page preview
- Print preview page manager
- Page settings

Note: Tick the Hide measurements and drawings box to hide measurements and drawings.

Note: Left-click to select a page. The selected page will be highlighted in green and shown in the Selected page preview.
Add page
In the Add page window, users can:
- Select one of the Page templates with a defined number of elements.
- Select the Page content. For templates with multiple elements, users can select several different types of content to be displayed together on the page.
- The size and orientation of the new page.
- Click Add page to add the new page.
- Click Close to exit the window.
Page settings
In Page settings, users can:
- Adjust the Width and Height of the Paper size of the selected page.
- Change the paper size of the selected page by clicking the drop-down menu to select a predefined paper size; A2, A3, A4, US Letter, ANSI A, ANSI B and ANSI C.
- Change the orientation of the selected page to Landscape:
or Portrait: - Change the Title of the selected page.
- Click the Colour field to select a new colour of the selected page.
